I do training on an in-house basis.
I require a white board and flip chart to write on (Group Work)
Recording equipment (audio or audio visual)
Trainees need to arrive with pens, paper and presentations from which to work
I like trainees to record a prepared piece in Session 1, right at the beginning of the session, and to record a final presentation in the final session (unless they already have on-air recordings).
From Day 2 on, working with recording equipment in a recording or training studio or room is preferable. Working in a studio or training studio with camera and sound recording and playback equipment is most useful!
Client needs to provide tapes for recording purposes – 1 for each individual.
